We had a fantastic time at this cottage. The central location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and a cinema within easy reach. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and furnished to a high standard. We loved the welcome package and the fact that it felt like a home away from home. The Netflix on the TV and the available board games were also a great touch. it was a great base for exploring the Purbeck area and we would definitely go back again.

The difficulty in locating the cottage, as it was tucked away in a courtyard off the main street. Parking was also quite tight.

Tennay Cottage provided us with a fantastic stay in this charming hidden gem. The cottage felt like a home away from home, with its comfortable and clean beds and excellent facilities. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and pubs in the town. Additionally, being close to the River Frome added to the overall appeal of the area. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, leaving a lovely welcome pack and flowers, and ensuring that the cottage was impeccably clean. We were also grateful for the off-street parking, making our stay even more convenient. The cottage had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing break. Lastly, the close proximity of Sainsburys and Co-op made it easy to access any necessities we needed. Not one thing.

Tennay Cottage was excellent value for money, with a cosy and comfortable room and a great location near the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome pack provided was a nice touch.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The cottage was comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and fluffy towels. The welcome pack was a nice touch, with fresh flowers and basic supplies provided. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the South West Coast Path and being close to the high road made it convenient for shopping and dining. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a pleasant surprise.

The proximity to other buildings, including flats and a club, led to some noise on Saturday night, particularly from the club's smoking area. It would have been better if the noise levels were lower for a peaceful stay.

Despite a few minor issues, my stay was mostly enjoyable. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with shops, cafes, and a cinema all within easy access. It was also well-placed for exploring the Purbeck area, which was a bonus. the hotel provided a welcome package upon arrival, which included bread, milk, cereals, and more. This was a thoughtful gesture and made me feel taken care of.

the parking at the hotel was quite tight, making it a bit of a challenge to find a suitable spot. the hotel was a bit difficult to locate, tucked away in a courtyard off the main street.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a super cute welcome tray filled with goodies. The linens and feather duvets were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. The thoughtful extras made our stay jaw-droppingly awesome. The beds were so comfortable, and the welcome pack with fresh flowers was a nice touch. The fluffy towels made us feel pampered, and the central location was perfect for exploring the area. The Netflix and board games kept us entertained, and the internet was super fast. This place was like a home away from home - we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The cottage had a lovely welcome tray on arrival and was spotlessly clean, with good quality linens and feather duvets. We appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, making our stay just lovely. It truly felt like our own cozy retreat.

For dads, it would be great to have a separate play area for children.

Stayed at this adorable cottage with all the comforts of home. Loved the private entrance and the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. And the free WiFi? A dream! The Monkey World was practically my new best friend, just 300 meters away!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of trying to find parking and getting lost asking for directions. So much fun!

Spacious, clean cottage near town center, with off-street parking. Host was helpful and even offered an early check-in. Tea, coffee, and milk provided - how posh! Central heating from 6am to late evening, cozy and warm. Would happily stay again.

Oh, so difficult to find, like a treasure hunt! Not to mention the joy of parking near industrial garages.
